We sell different categories of products like makeup, useful home items, slimmers & massagers, pets products. We also recognize these categories products can be extremely costly, so we only sell product that are competitively affordable.
I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If the product is defective or damaged, or it is not what was ordered. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund or exchange. Please provide us with images of the product as well.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
We have a strict refund and return policy. We cannot accept returns or refunds for any products that are not defective, damaged, or not as described. For example, if you change your mind and no longer want the product, that is not grounds for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent we cannot accept a cancellation.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2-4 business weeks.
Because of the Coronavirus worldwide sanitary crisis, deliveries have been delayed for some producers. We make our maximum to select carefully our suppliers in order to keep our shipping time in the 2-4 weeks that is normally taken out of a crisis period.
